UK Management College will celebrate its 10th anniversary this summer with a major community event at Heaton Park.
SummerFest 2026 will take place on Friday 10 July 2026 at Dower House, Heaton Park, bringing together students, staff, university partners, families and friends to mark a decade of growth, achievement and opportunity.
The celebration will recognise the people and stories that have shaped UKMC since it was founded, with the college reflecting on ten years of helping make higher education more accessible to students from a wide range of backgrounds.
What began as a vision to create life-changing education opportunities has grown into a wider community of learners, colleagues and partners, all connected by a shared belief in the value of education, confidence and personal progress.
The anniversary event will feature live entertainment, festival-style food and refreshments, interactive games and activities, awards, recognition ceremonies, family-friendly experiences and special announcements.
Organisers say the event is designed not only as a celebration, but also as a thank you to the students, staff, partners and wider UKMC community who have supported the college over the past decade.

The day will begin with arrivals from 11am for UKMC staff and students, before opening to all attendees from 3pm.
SummerFest 2026 will offer current students, colleagues, partners and friends of the college the chance to reconnect, celebrate achievements and look ahead to the next chapter in UKMCβs development.
As UK Management College marks ten years, the event will reflect on a decade of breaking down barriers, building communities and supporting individual success stories through higher education.
Organisers say the anniversary is about more than the growth of the college itself. It is also about the confidence, ambition and opportunities created for the people who have been part of its journey.
